1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Anlatix ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Anlatix is a prompt generation tool that helps users create structured, high-quality prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others. The app generates text templates based on user inputs — it does not provide AI responses or process prompts through AI models.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier: Users can generate up to 3 prompts at no cost. All 27 categories are available.
Pro Tier: Unlimited prompt generation, prompt chaining, custom templates, prompt packs, and custom categories. Available as monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($29.99/year) subscription.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
Web payments are processed by Stripe. Mobile payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective payment platform (Stripe, Apple, or Google).

5. User Content

All prompts you generate and content you create using Anlatix belong to you. We do not claim any rights over your generated content. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Anlatix to:

Generate content that violates applicable laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the application
Circumvent the subscription system or payment mechanisms
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service

7. Intellectual Property

The Anlatix app, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Anlatix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the prompts generated will produce specific results when used with AI tools. The quality of AI responses depends on the AI tool being used.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anlatix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
